GENERALITY

The sale of products on the HERBEE.IT website is governed by the following General Conditions of Sale.

HERBEE is a commercial trademark of Ca 'Dei Nori Hemp simple agricultural company, with headquarters in Via Villafranca 49, 37137 Verona (VR), Italy, VAT number and Tax Code 04822070233, registered in the Verona business register. Ca 'Dei Nori Hemp, as a seller, offers for sale only quality products. Ca 'Dei Nori Hemp is the official seller of all the products offered for sale on the HERBEE.IT website; the products visible on the site that can be purchased by the final consumer; "final consumer" means a natural person who purchases for purposes unrelated to his own business or professional activity. Therefore Ca 'Dei Nori Hemp simple agricultural company reserves the right not to process orders from subjects other than the final consumer.

PURCHASE PROCEDURE

When the user purchases on the HERBEE.IT site, he concludes a purchase contract with the seller. To conclude the contract, or the purchase of products from the site, it is necessary to follow a procedure that provides for the forwarding to the seller of an electronic product purchase order form, duly completed by the user through certain procedures. These procedures provide for the insertion by the user of products in an electronic shopping cart, the insertion of personal data in a specific form, the acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale, the acceptance of the privacy policy, the payment of the products purchased.

In the personal data collection form, the customer is required to enter his name and surname, the address of residence and the one where the goods must be delivered, the telephone numbers, the e-mail address, the means of payment chosen between those available, the type of shipment selected from those available.

The purchase procedure, before sending the order, shows the customer a summary page with the personal data entered, the products ordered accompanied by a description and the relative sale price, the addition of any taxes, duties o expenses applicable to the operation, the total amount to be paid. Before sending, the customer can modify the data entered. The Customer is required to carefully check the data before sending and to modify them in case he realizes that he has entered incorrect data.

The HERBEE.IT site is written in Italian and in any other languages. For any dispute that should arise regarding the correct interpretation of the purchase procedures and the rules that regulate it, in the event of a discrepancy between the Italian language and the others available, what is written in the Italian language is valid.

By submitting the order form electronically, THE CUSTOMER UNCONDITIONALLY ACCEPTS THESE GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS. In the event that the customer does not agree with even only some of the terms set out in these General Conditions of Sale, he is invited not to submit the order form.

Once the order form sent by the customer has been received, the seller takes charge of the purchase order.

The seller reserves the right not to process orders sent by customers, if causes arise such as sudden or temporary unavailability of the products ordered, or other impediments that prevent the sale, or other causes of force majeure. In these cases the seller will refund the price paid by the customer according to the procedures contained in the "PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS" section.

After sending the order, the seller will send the customer, by e-mail, a copy of the purchase order.

RIGHT OF RETURN

The seller guarantees that all products displayed and offered for sale on the HERBEE.IT site are of high quality. In the event that you receive a package with damaged goods, you can request a return as described in RIGHT OF RETURN which is an INTEGRAL PART of these General Conditions of Sale.

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 14 (fourteen) working days from delivery of the product / s. The right of withdrawal is not applicable to personalized items.

The substantial integrity of the product (s) to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal, pursuant to Article 67 of the Consumer Code.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must follow the following procedure:

On the site under the heading customer service select the item refunds scroll down and complete the form and send, alternatively send a communication to the headquarters of Ca 'Dei Nori Hemp simple agricultural company by e-mail to the address INFO@HERBEE.IT with the indication of the identification number of the related order and the will to withdraw from the sales contract. Within 48 (forty-eight) hours of receiving the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, Ca 'Dei Nori Hemp will communicate the instructions for returning the products; in particular, the Company will send, via e-mail, a label containing all the data necessary to guarantee a correct shipment (the User's data, the delivery address, the identification data of the courier and the telephone number of the same courier to agree on the collection of the product from the User, etc.). The shipping costs for returning the products are charged to the User and will be communicated with the aforementioned e-mail.

Pack the Product (possibly with the original packaging, authentic labels, accessories, instructions for use and warranty sheets). Using the original packaging will prevent damage in transit.

Ship the product within 14 (fourteen) working days of receiving the return instructions (i.e., the e-mail with the label);

Ca 'Dei Nori Hemp will refund the sums paid by the Consumer within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which it received the communication concerning the intention to withdraw from the Contract, unless the goods have been delivered to the Carrier, by the same User, incomplete. or damaged. In this case, Ca 'Dei Nori Hemp will immediately inform the Consumer of the defects found on the products and of the impossibility of accepting the return.

The aforementioned withdrawal procedure applies exclusively to purchases made through the Site.

SECURITY IN PAYMENTS

On the HERBEE.IT website, only payments by Paypal / credit cards and bank transfer are accepted. For financial transactions HERBEE.IT makes use of Paypal's online payment services which take place with encrypted systems on a secure server.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR WRONG SHIPMENTS

Upon delivery, the User is required to check that the packaging is not damaged and, if the product is damaged or does not comply with the order sent, not to accept the shipment, clearly noting the nature of the damage on the delivery note and / or the mistake.

The User is required to notify Ca 'Dei Nori Hemp of the related problem within 24 hours of delivery, by sending an email to: CADEINORIHEMP@GMAIL.COM

SHIPMENTS

The seller sends the goods to the place of delivery indicated by the customer in the order form, through leading international shipping companies which therefore guarantee timely and reliable deliveries with the possibility of tracking the shipment. Shipping costs are free in Italy and charged to the customer abroad and are added to the total amount of the goods ordered. In case of returned goods, the shipping costs are charged to the buyer. THE GOODS TRAVEL AT THE RISK OF THE PURCHASER unless it is an insured shipment which must be requested when ordering directly via an e-mail with an additional cost. If even one of the products ordered is no longer available, the seller will warn the customer about the unavailability of the product. The customer will have the right to cancel the entire order or to accept only the products still available. PRIVACY

Ca 'Dei Nori Hemp collects, processes and stores the personal data of users or customers in compliance with the Italian law 196/2003 on privacy. For this purpose, the customer is invited and required to carefully read and print the information on the processing of personal data contained in the PRIVACY section to which reference should be made for any further information on the subject.

LEGISLATIVE REFERENCES

The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law, with particular reference to the legislative decree of 6 September 2005 n. 206 on the consumer code for the aspects related to the legislation on distance contracts and to the legislative decree of 9 April 2003 n. 70 for the aspects concerning electronic commerce.

UPDATES

These General Conditions of Sale may undergo changes also with reference to any regulatory changes of the Italian State. The customer is therefore invited to periodically view this page in order to check for any changes. In case of modification or update, the new General Conditions of Sale will be effective from the moment they are published on the HERBEE.IT website.
