Shipping methods and delivery costs

The purchased products will be delivered, by courier, to the address indicated by the Customer in the order within approximately 48 working hours from the acceptance of the order. The times reported for the receipt of the goods are merely indicative and a delay with respect to them does not legitimize the Customer to refuse delivery as well as to request compensation or indemnities. In any case, for deliveries to be made outside the Italian borders, shipping costs and delivery times may vary. It is also understood that the Seller reserves the right to accept or not deliveries requested outside the Italian borders.

Shipping costs will be automatically applied to the cart total.

Delivery costs are invoiced on the basis of the rates communicated on the date the order was confirmed.
The recipient of the goods is responsible for paying the taxes and customs duties provided for by the legislation in force in the territory of destination of the products.

The courier is responsible for the delivery.

Unless explicitly indicated, delivery is intended at street level.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check: that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document sent in advance via e-mail; that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).

Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately reported, placing a specific indication on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the courier. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported, under penalty of forfeiture, within 8 days of delivery by completing the Return Form in the Returns and Refunds section.

Stock: in case of non-collection within 5 working days of the material present in storage at the courier's warehouses due to repeated inability to deliver to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order, the order will be automatically canceled; in this case the Seller will refund the amount received as payment, net of the costs for the attempted and unsuccessful shipment.

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to the Community legislation in force, if the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity) he has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, except for the types of products for which this is expressly excluded and without prejudice to what is indicated in the following point. The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 working days of receipt of the product in the following ways: the Customer must send the Seller a communication to that effect, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products. This communication must be made by completing the Form in the Returns and Refunds session. Once the aforementioned notice of withdrawal has been received, the Seller will quickly communicate to the Customer the instructions on how to return the products, which must be returned to the following address: Ca 'Dei Nori Hemp simple agricultural company, Via Villafranca 49, 37137 Verona ( VR), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of authorization. The direct costs of returning the products are charged to the customer.

The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:

  • the law applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (eg: components, accessories, etc ...);

  • the product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment); in all cases, the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original product packaging should be avoided;

  • the shipment, up to the certificate of receipt in the Seller's warehouse, is under the full responsibility of the Customer; in the event of damage to the goods during transport, the Seller will notify the Customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in their warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain a refund. the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the Customer for its return, at the same time canceling the request for withdrawal.

The Seller is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments; upon his return, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not deriving from transport which, where present, will be charged to the Customer. In any case, the Customer will be responsible only for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods themselves.

Without prejudice to any repair costs for damages referred to in the previous paragraph and net of direct return costs, the Seller will reimburse the Customer the full amount already paid, within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, using the same means. payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction and without any cost being charged to the Customer as a result of said reimbursement. The Seller may suspend the reimbursement until receipt of the products or until the Customer demonstrates that he has shipped the products, whichever is earlier.

The right is totally lost due to lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and / or its contents) as well as in cases where the Seller ascertains the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, components, manuals, ...).

In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the Seller will provide the relative communication by e-mail; the product will remain available to the customer for a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date the communication is sent. After this deadline, the product will be disposed of without further notice.
